Data License Application

Use this form to describe the licensed entities, intended use, user scope, external use and AI-related requirements so that WTS Institute can structure the appropriate enterprise data license. Submission alone does not create a binding license agreement.

Contract process

STEP 1Submit application

WTS reviews entity scope, external use and other requirements.

STEP 3MDLA + Order Form

Commercial and license terms are documented for review.

STEP 4E-sign, invoice, delivery

After signature, invoicing and payment, the licensed data is delivered.

Important: This form is for application and contract preparation. A data license becomes effective only after the parties agree to the WTS Master Data License Agreement (MDLA) and the applicable Order Form.
